HEK-293 Cell Culture Media (Recombinant Protein) ​

HEK-293 cells (Human Embryonic Kidney cells) are widely utilized for recombinant protein production and viral vector production (e.g., Adeno-Associated Virus AAV, Adenovirus AdV, Lentivirus LV). To meet their culture requirements, the CD 293 series products (including CD 293 06 medium) are manufactured under GMP conditions. These are chemically defined, animal component-free media that effectively support high-density growth and efficient transfection/expression in various HEK-293 cell lines.

CD 293 01 medium enables robust growth of HEK-293 cells, with a doubling time of approximately 21-24 hours and cell viability exceeding 90%. In batch culture, the maximum cell density can reach 14.0 × 106 cells/mL.
