a) Hybridoma cells at the Nth passage were cultured in HY01 medium and control media (competitors), seeded at 1.0 × 10⁶ cells/mL. The HY01 group achieved a maximum cell density of 8.5 × 10⁶ cells/mL.
b) Hybridoma cells at the Nth passage were cultured in HY01 medium and two control media. HY01 medium significantly delayed the decline in cell viability compared to both control media (competitors).
